Sing for Joy!

Sing for Joy!

My soul longs, indeed it faints for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God. —Psalm 84:2

Blessed and happy are those who lack everything and even God himself— that is, God who they can see and touch. Happy are those from whom Jesus turns away and withdraws! The comforting Spirit will come upon them. —François Fénelon, The Complete Fénelon

Prayer of the Day
Dear Savior, you call me to give completely of myself, like the poor widow. Forgive me when I hold back. You have given me all that you have, even your life—so how can I think that holding back on you could be acceptable? Amen.
