Fr. Abbot Gregory J. Polan, OSB serves as Abbot Primate of the Benedictine Order. Previously, he led Conception Abbey for twenty years as its abbot and served as President-Rector of Conception Seminary College for ten years prior. A scholar in Scripture and Theology, Abbot Gregory has been prominent in the field of Biblical translation. 

Jacob Riyeff is a Benedictine oblate, translator, teacher, and poet, and author of the newly released Saint Benedict Prayerbook. His books include his translations and editions of Benedictine works from the early medieval through the modern periods, as well as his own poetry collection, Sunk in Your Shipwreck. Jacob lives on Milwaukee's Lower East Side with his wife and three children.
