Wings of Healing

After an extraordinary mission of healing took place in the 1920s at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, many small prayer circles were formed to carry on the work of intercession. J. Wilmer Gresham, dean of the cathedral, shared a burden for all souls to receive the touch of the Healer. In 1927 he wrote a series of brief reflections on many of the poems, essays, and stories shared among the prayer circles, thereby capturing the spirit and strength of the mission of healing. His simple yet poignant reflections on the healing power of Christ are comparable to those of Oswald Chambers' My Utmost for His Highest.
