Freedom

Freedom

You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. —Psalm 16:11

The Holy Spirit is not an agent of necessity but of freedom.  This sense of freedom is one of the first steps of tasting eternal life as communion with God, who is not bound by our limitations of time and space. —Andreas Andreopoulos, This is My Beloved Son

Prayer of the Day
Almighty Father, today I find myself worrying about things over which I have no control. I realize that I tend to put my trust in my ability to "fix" things instead of trusting you, yet I have never lacked for anything that I truly need. You are always more ready to give than I am to receive. Thank you, Father. Amen.
